1995 Marvel Overpower Powersurge

This was the second Marvel OverPower card set (excluding promos). It added 21 new characters, and 1 new special for each of the existing characters. The power cards were reprinted, and the universe cards were reprinted with a purple left-hand border. Two new missions were added.

The cards have the same copyright on the back, "© 1995 Marvel. Distributed by Fleer." However these and all later major sets can be identified by the woven texture of the cards as distinct from the flat matt finish first set. The new card material is also slightly more flexible than the original.
