This title was formerly Marvel Annual (UK).

It renamed in 1977 to this new title "Mighty World of Marvel Annual" under the same publisher and format.

This title only ran for three years, ending in 1979. In that year of 1979 there were in fact two Marvel UK Annuals, this one (the last of the Worldwide Distribution annuals) and the Superheroes Annual (UK) 1979 being the first of the new format annuals listed under the title Marvel Super Heroes Annual (UK).
