Last issue, Spider-woman and Hawkeye were trapped by a bunch of Hulk powered baddies. Spider-woman takes out Hawkeye and tries to fool them into believing she is working with Hydra. Her plow fails and her and Hawkeye are captured.

Storm and Red Hulk were battling a literal swarm of Wasp powered baddies. Storm is already down, but it takes one of the baddies zapping the Red Hulk's brain directly, by flying into his skull, to down him.

Iron Man's is being controlled by an outside source, with Tony trapped inside. The hijacked armor defeats Protector and flies off with him.

Meanwhile, a bunch of giant men with phasing powers battle Cap, Maria Hill and the Vision. Cap and Maria are defeated and captured. It's not clear if the Vision is taken too.

General Comments

A fast moving issue that's heavy on the action. It was entertaining, but considering I thought two of the four battles featured here were already concluded last issue, a bit redundant.

The art also seemed a bit rushed or maybe I'm just not into Guedes' style, I don't think I can recall ever seeing his art before. Either way, his hulks seem like clay zombies and Spider-woman is far from sexy (as the hulks remark).

What I liked so much about last issue was gone this issue for the sake of expanding on some brawling that could been wrapped up in a couple of panels.

Overall Rating

Nothing much happening and unimpressive art.
