The first seems fairly certain, having been clearly attributed to Ralph Macchio. As for the second, well I just hope that the X-Men's mess manages to keep its distance. I'm sure nobody wants to have to buy a 16-part X-teams crossover to get the full story of Peter's return to the red-and-blues.
