This is the third title to carry the name of "Spider-Man & His Amazing Friends".
The long-running original UK Spidey reprint magazine Spider-Man Comics Weekly (UK) carried many different names including "Spider-Man & His Amazing Friends" for 26 issues in 1983-1984.
The second was a one-shot comic book Spider-Man & His Amazing Friends from 1981 which tied-in with the TV Cartoon of the same name, Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends TV (1981).
But this Vol. 3 is a UK kids magazine from the stable of Panini Magazines. In July 2013, this was first published as the replacement for the previous "young readers" magazine Spider-Man & Friends (UK Magazine) which ended its run nearly two years previously in October 2011.
