Charlton Comics touted it's parody mag as "Teen's Top Comic" with the mottos "Join the In Crowd" and "We're so in...we're out!"

Each issue contained pin-ups and cover appearances of pop stars such as the Rolling Stones, Herman's Hermits, the Beatles, David McCallum, the Lovin' Spoonful, the Byrds, the Cyrkle, the Mamas and the Papas, Sonny and Cher, Petulia Clark, the Hollies, the Beach Boys, the Monkees, and Paul Revere and the Raiders.

Regular features included "The Wild Life and Adventures of Miss Bikini Luv" (which appeared in every issue), "The Rotting Stumps," "Return to Peculiar Place," "and "Blooperman."

The series lasted for nine issues.
