This is a set of five 2002 movie tie cards and distributed in packs of Fla-Vor-Ice which sure as heck must be some kind of frozen popsicle foodstuff. The card came wrapped in a little cellophane bag, for protection against melting Fla-Vor-Ice juice.
Artwork on the cards isn't movie stills, but the generic "no spoilers" 2002 movie tie-in artwork which featured on many novels and coloring books that were co-released at the same time.
Only 1 in ever 4 boxes actually contained a card. You were more likely to receive a "Better Luck Next Time" card as shown here. That seems really, really stingy to me. The packing machine was going to all of the trouble to insert a card anyway, so why not just insert a prismatic card?
Apparently you could also send in wrappers or bar codes to get a card, although possibly that also was still only a 1 in 4 chance?
