Rehash of the Rhino episodes, coming right up.
Sunday night in New York City. While on patrol Spider-Man hears a crash on Wall Street [Not that kind, the other one]. When he descends to the street he finds that the Rhino has broken into the gold depository. Despite his efforts to stop him, the Rhino escapes with the gold.
Later at the Daily Bugle, Jameson informs Peter that the Federal government is transporting a shipment of gold bullion through the city to Fort Knox by train. That night Spider-Man hops aboard to provide extra security. This proves to be pointless as the Rhino causes a massive train wreck and once again escapes with the gold.
The next shipment arrives by boat. While it's being unloaded, the Rhino strikes and takes the gold.
The final shipment arrives by submarine. The Rhino strikes while still en route and takes the cargo.
This turns out to be an elaborate plan by the Rhino to create a statue of himself out of pure gold. Spider-Man eventually locates the Rhino and his smelting operation. The Rhino destroys the building but escapes with his golden clone.
Spider-Man eventually finds the Rhino in the sewer and turns him over to the police.
Three in a row that were constructed of 100% recycled materials, bringing the grand total for this season to five.
1/2 web. As with other episodes constructed in a similar manner, the result is not that impressive.
On a positive note, I'm getting these reviews done faster.
