The Mouse was once an ordinary teen-ager, but an errant order at McDonald's leaves his Big Mac without the requisite cheese. Convinced everyone's out to deprive him of cheese, the man dons a Mouse costume and steals cheese from wherever he can find it.
He then accosted a judge of the town's cheese contest and took his place. Just as he was about to run away with the grand prize, Spidey (who had found the real judge) showed up and caught The Mouse in his web - but leaves the poor soul with some cheese to satisfy his appetite.
Note: The outfit Skip Hinnant wore for The Mouse was in fact the same outfit he wore as Mr. Mouse, a recurring skit on The Electric Company (Rita Moreno played his wife)
