Recently, Peter and MJ have gotten back together, leaving his troubled relationship with Kitty Pryde, a member of the world famous X-Men, in shambles. To further complicate matters, Kitty now goes to school with Peter and MJ... in their class.
Spider-Man has had several life-altering confrontations with the notorious Norman Osborn, a.k.a. the Green Goblin and the father of his once best friend, Harry.

Queens, lunch hour. The police are in pursuit of the Shocker. Spider-Man tries to stop him, but manages to get a police car crashed. The getaway car of the Shocker is out of control. They run into a kid and are going right through her. It's Kitty, she's wearing a new costume. Spidey talks to her, she's still mad.
At school, MJ is having a nightmare about being the goblin and attacking Spider- Man. The teacher calls out to her as Peter enters the class room, as does Kitty only seconds later. Oooohhh goes around the class. The teacher tells them about a new project, taking care of a baby for the next three weeks. Peter and Kitty are to form a team on this.
The Triskelion, Captain Danvers is paying Norman Osborn a visit. Norman wants to speak to Fury but he's not here. Osborn is ready to make a deal, but only to Fury. Danvers passes the offer and makes a "Wooo!!" gesture to Norman as the door closes. While leaving she instructs the guard up the dose of his medication.
At school, MJ and Peter are talking about the assignment, they do not like it. Racist remarks are made about the baby of Kitty, Kenny steps in. MJ introduces Kenny to Kitty and the two go off together.
At the Triskelion, the prisoners are checked. It is mentioned that Harry is kept elsewhere. When checking Osborn's cell, it's dark. Then there's an enormous explosion.
A new story, meaning new developments. Norman is back, Harry might be back. Kitty has a new costume. The kids need to take care of a baby. And Nick Fury is out, somewhere. Kenny obviously likes Kitty. Which is cool, for her, now that Peter is back with MJ again. And this way, the soap opera element gets a new twist.
Back in issue 77, Fury wanted the OZ formula cracked. Now, Norman wants to make a deal. What's Fury up to? Rule the world? What's his hidden agenda? And where is Nick Fury? Will these questions be answered, in this series or do we have to start reading the upcoming Ultimates 3 (and 4) as well?
Just an average issue, storywise. Then the art, I do not like the art. This is the first full issue that Immonen is doing, and I want Bagley to return. Don't get me wrong, Immonen is an excellent artist, but I simply do not like his style on this particular series. The different art kinda worked with last issue, but here, not my cup of tea.
