Inside this pack are three separate variants of the Spider-Man: Surprize Ink Game Book 1 (Giddy-Up) and Spider-Man: Surprize Ink Game Book 2 (Giddy-Up) books, with two pens.
The versions inside this pack are slightly cut-down 16-page pads. The original sold-separately versions are 24 pages each. Note that both the full 24 page standalone versions and the cut-down 16 page versions from this pack have the same ISBN number despite having different page counts.
This pack contains yellow, blue and red versions. Each are similar, but not identical. The pictures and puzzles are the same in style, but distinct in detail. I have only seen the yellow and blue versions sold separately. In have not seen the red version for sale as an individual item.
The content is the same as the separate books. Images that are revealed when rubbed with the pen. Puzzles for which you can use the pen to reveal the answers.
The retail price for the triple pack is US$12.99. That's 48 pages of content plus 2 pens. Buying two of the original 24 page books would cost you 2 x $5.99, so there's a dollar saving, plus you get a handy-dandy cardboard box with a plastic carry handle on top.
I have the original books three and a half webs. This one has three separate books just perfect for handing over piece by piece to the kids in the back seat on a long road-trip. Let's up the rating half a notch to four webs.
