The plot (in detail) runs like this:
Mr. Hyde's attempted robbery of a high-tech facility is interrupted by Spider-Man. Hyde shoots Spidey with the laser-blaster he came to steal, then Spider-Man diverts super-cool liquid nitrogen onto the overheated weapon, causing it to explode. Spider-Man departs, leaving Hyde webbed up for the police to find.
Umm... that's it.
This story is based on the same simple concept as the first. Namely... hero(es) fight bad guy and win by outsmarting the villain.
They are also both perfect examples of why comic books are considered the literary equivalent of McDonalds. Fatty and sugary, and really not suitable for the diets of adults or children.
Bright colors, explosions, spandex and... not much else. One and a half webs.
