Tony Stark is in Russia, demonstrating his new missile system. However, the Russian General receiving the demonstration has (for commercial reasons of his own) hired "The Crimson Dynamo" to make sure the demonstration fails. Unfortunately for him, the Dynamo is secretly Colonel James Rhodes, best friend to Tony Stark. Seems the Russian high-ups knew about the planned sabotage, and set out to expose their own renegade agent. Gotcha!
Wrapping up, despite an invite to dine with the Russian Prime Minister, Rhodes and Stark decide to ditch the official shindig and head to Bermuda for some R&R.
Like the Wolvie/Sandman story that opened this issue, the Iron Man tale is also in great part a simple slug-fest. However in this case, there's actually a twist in the tail of the tale, and that makes all the difference.
A simple story. But attractive art and a nice plot wrinkle makes this a worthy effort. Four webs.
