These sticker books from DK Publishing, Inc. have a well-established formula by now.
The regular pages have snippets of history and factoids about characters, and/or teams, and/or locations, etc. These pages have empty spots with matching stickers that go in there. There's often several pages of smaller bonus stickers to put anywhere you like.

The larger DK sticker books are square-bound and contain up to 2000 stickers (including a few pages of smaller stickers that help boost the count). But this 8.5" x 11" staple-bound "Avengers Foes" is not at all a large book. It contains a meagre 8 numbered pages, plus 4 single-sided sheets of stickers.
Unsurprisingly, this "slimline" format was sold only in the UK market, where they are used to getting short-changed.
Spider-Man makes only the teeniest of cameos in "Avengers Foes", being included in the "Alternate Avengers" sticker for the "New Avengers". But even this simple appearance is somewhat marred by the accompanying text being rather misleading:
During the Super Hero Civil War, those Avengers who did not want to register with the government split and formed their own team – The New Avengers.
Of course that's not really very accurate. The Civil War story-line and the Disassembling of the Avengers began in New Avengers (Vol. 1) #21, long after Spider-Man was a founding member of the New Avengers.
As always, the design work and production quality on these books is great, while the accuracy of the text is mediocre at best.
These two books were printed in the UK, where they were sold for £3.99. That feels pretty expensive for what is effectively a 12-page sticker book.
Nice product, but just not enough of it. I can only give 2.5 webs.
These DK sticker books are often produced in groups, and indeed there are three more books in this same format, named "Avengers Assemble!", "Meet the Avengers", and "Avengers All."
The "Avengers Assemble!" definitely has not Spider-Man cameo, so you won't find it on the site. I'll try and track down the other two at some stage.
There was also a boxed-set which bundled all four books.
