Story 'Japanese-American Internment Camps in WWII'

This back-up story is a poem circulated through the Poston War Relocation Camp during the summer of 1943, juxtaposed with images of Spider-Man that mirror the images illustrating the poem.

General Comments

The poem itself is rather short, but gets its point across, its point being that the wartime internment of Japanese-Americans was a misguided attempt at national defense. The dialog between the nameless father and his daughter is thoughtful, and the art illustrates the story quite well. Likewise, having Spider-Man mirror the images in the story is inspired.
