The scoop on Manga is that issue #31 came out about eight months ago (cover dated June 1999) and then, apparently, the series was cancelled. Why they bothered to bring out #31, which was the first part of a new storyline, when they could have ended with #30, which ended the last storyline, is beyond me... but they did it.
