For me, the biggest comic event at the moment is Roger Stern's "Hobgoblin Lives!" limited series. Sure Venom and Carnage are trendy right now, but for me The Hobgoblin has always been one of my favourites among Spider-Man's foes. Like many, I was unsatisfied by the "Death of Ned Leeds, The Hobgoblin" storyline. While the Spider-Man vs. Wolverine one-shot which actually featured his death was a great story, I found it hard to believe that such a powerful villain could be killed so easily.
Roger Stern created the Hobgoblin in Amazing Spider-Man #238, but never revealed his true identity. Stern finished on Amazing around #252, and had no hand in the story revealing Hobby to be Ned Leeds. Now Mr. Stern has the chance to set the record straight. If you missed Part One, I recommend you try and find a copy.
