The technophiles among you may have noticed that Spider-Fan just converted to HTTPS.
Yep, privacy-minded Spider-Fans, all your page accesses are now encrypted over the Interwebs! Nobody can intercept your browsing as you read reviews of classic stories in Al's From The Beginning series. You can read the latest Spider-Man Transformations in total privacy.
We store absolutely no personal data on the "www" site, it really wasn't a big deal that we were still serving unencrypted, plain text web pages. We don't even use cookies for everyday site visitors – only staff members get cookies.
But Google likes to see sites using encryption, and it's important to keep Google happy, right?
