The news is out. The new Spider-Man movie will be shot in 3D, and will be released July 3, 2012.
Current direction indicates we may well see more of an "Ultimate Spider-Man" feel - a heavier focus on Midtown High and the teen characters. Logan Lerman's name has been mentioned as a possible Peter Parker. Read the whole article at MTV.
