It looks like Tangled Web #22 is the last issue of the series! While there seemingly hasn't been any 'official' announcement, Joe Quesada visited message boards awhile ago saying it was a possiblity and the title hasn't been solicited for the following 2 months after number 22 ships.
There is a remote possibility that the title is just on a hiatus of some sort, but that seems unlikely.
