There have been a couple of times when Spidey is stuck with someone who happened to lose all their clothing. Sometimes it is a friend, sometimes a foe. Either way, Spidey doesn't let them run around naked so he fashions them some web-underwear to protect civilians from seeing things they don't need to see.
