Background

Sometimes Spider-Man needs to create a Spider-Man decoy and he doesn't have Hobie Brown or Daredevil around to help him out. Enter the web-dummy, where Spider-Man uses his webbing to make the shape of human being. Spidey has also used the trick to convince his Aunt May he's laying sick in bed in Amazing Spider-Man #81. That plan almost worked until Aunt May took a look under the covers!
