Background

Spider-Man has used the web-cocoon on a couple of occasions. He used it to transport the Lizard in a manner that didn't arouse any suspicion in Amazing Spider-Man #45. He also used it to travel as a stowaway by forming his web-cocoon inside the landing gear of an airplane in Amazing Spider-Man (Vol. 2) #15. Let's presume he placed air-holes in the cocoon, otherwise there might be trouble considering his webbing is considered to be air-tight.
