2001 Topps Spider-Man Movie Promo

The Topps Company, Inc. acquired the Spider-Man trading card rights for the 2002 Spider-Man movie, and with a five-year gap since Fleer's last Spider-Man set, they were surely keen to build momentum.

These three cards were handed out (I believe) at movie theaters and comic conventions. The first card had no number, featured painted artwork, and is copyright 2001. The P1 and P2 cards are copyright 2002 and feature promotional photo stills from the movie. The actual Topps trading card set was advertised for release in April, a few days in advance of the May 3 release date for the movie.
