Introduction: I've been a Spidey fan since the mid-late 1980s. I started buying the comics in early 1995 with Amazing Spider-Man #397. I've since caught up with my Spidey history through Marvel's Essential titles and I even own some super old issues from Amazing Spider-Man. Writing about the wall-crawler is just about as fun as reading about him.

Why Spider-Man: Because the web-head is a pretty cool dude. Peter has awesome powers but despite that, I still feel he's the most human of all super heroes. Oh and I've read many a good Spidey story.
