According to the gaming magazines, there's a demo release of Spider-Man for Nintendo 64 being passed around for preview. Apparantly it suffers from a few of the standard glitches with pop-ins, colour issues, and control problems which are fairly typical among alpha releases, but in general it looks like the porting work is pretty much on track.
