As with previous Marvel Handbooks of the Marvel Universe, this series attempts to catalogue all of the Marvel Heroes and villains within said universe. Here, the approach was slightly different, in that the series set goal is to catalogue characters who have heretofore been un-catalogued by previous handbooks.
