This promotional ashcan-sized (8.25" x 5.5") comic was included as a giveaway with "Hero Premiere Edition #7". They were shipped in individually numbered plastic sleeves.

The background is metallic foil, and was available in at least three colors - blue, silver and gold. The interior included 24 B&W pages of preview pencil work from upcoming issues of Punisher 2099, Doom 2099, Ravage 2099, Spider-Man 2099, X-Men 2099 and X-Men Unlimited.
