SM Spin-Off : Spider-Man 2099

Where we last left off, Miguel was running away from the trial of Kron, tired of being in a no-win situation. He's picked up by a taxi driver named Dash (See Dash again in Spidey 2099 #31). Dash listens to Mig's story, but accidentally runs over a raccoon. The rest of the raccoon pack safely cross the road, now that the first sacrificed himself to see if the road was clear. The analogy doesn't seem to help Miguel, as becoming road kill is not all that appealing. But Dash convinces him that returning back is the right thing to do - and that deep inside he knows it's true.

Just before the trial proceeded without Miguel, Mig shows up, razzes Kron, and gets ready for questioning.

In General...

Young Miguel in "Hitting the Road" can hit the road as far as I'm concerned. At least the plot progressed forward a bit. Watch Miggy's hair change from light brown, to reddish brown, to blonde over the course of 6 pages!

Overall Rating...

Blech! One web.
