At the mansion Jessica Cage is thinking about her future with the team. Back with the team, Luke Cage tells Osborn he’s under arrest. Osborn tells him he has no authority. The team attacks. Cage heads for Osborn, telling him he shouldn’t have threatened his family. Osborn blocks one of Cage’s punches and throws him. Spidey notes Osborn shouldn’t be able to do that. Wolverine tells Mockingbird, who’s still on the jet to get Cage as they need him. During the battle it’s clear that Osborn’s team haven’t worked together before. Osborn’s Ms. Marvel drops the Quinjet on everyone. Iron Fist is telling civilians to run when one of them tells him there wasn't any trouble until they showed up, this is all their fault.
The New Avengers are ready to fight again when Dr. Strange tells them all to assemble. Suddenly there’s a tidal wave. Osborn tell his team to wait, it’s an illusion which allows The New Avengers to escape. Osborn notes it must be one of Dr. Strange’s tricks, and he has one of his own. Dr. Strange also teleported the team away and the team are discussing what to do when they are confronted by Ragnarok, the cyborg clone of Thor!
In General...
Osborn's master plan is starting to come together. From turning the public against The Avengers to setting up The New Avengers in this brawl. Hopefully this will lead to Osborn becoming a major player in the Marvel Universe.
Overall Rating... 
Deodato knows how to draw fights and this issue delivers. From Iron Fist using the Ironfist on Skaar to Spidey squaring off with his new knock off Ai Apaec - Deodato delivers! I hope Marvel put him on a major event soon.
